Town Planning Consultant
Exeter | Full-time | Office-based
I’m currently recruiting for an established and growing planning consultancy who are looking to appoint a town planning consultant from Assistant Planner through to Senior Planner level (flexible) to join their Exeter office.
This is a great opportunity to join a specialist consultancy working across a varied portfolio of development projects, including residential, commercial, strategic land, tourism and leisure.
Depending on your level of experience, you’ll be involved in:
- Preparing and managing planning applications
- Providing planning advice to clients
- Supporting strategic planning and development projects
- Liaising with local authorities, clients and consultants
- Managing projects and client relationships at Senior Planner level
The ideal candidate will have experience within planning, either in consultancy or a local authority environment. A relevant planning qualification is preferred, with MRTPI or progress towards chartership advantageous for more senior appointments.
