Ventilation Technical Sales Manager – Social Housing

Mitchell Maguire is seeking a Technical Sales Manager – Ventilation Products to drive new business in social housing and local authorities across the North East & Yorkshire. You will manage a well-established area, focusing on new relationships and expanding existing accounts to secure projects from offices to hotels.

The role offers £50,000-£60,000 base, uncapped 1.5% commission on all sales and a discretionary annual bonus (£6,000-£10,000).
