Hybrid Customer Advisor – Bereavement & POA Support

Virgin Money is seeking a Customer Advisor on a 6-month contract in Newcastle upon Tyne. The role covers telephony and back-office tasks within the Bereavement Services and Power of Attorney teams, delivering compassionate customer outcomes in a regulated environment.

Training is fully remote for the first 3 weeks, followed by hybrid working with office attendance about 40% of the time. You will handle high volumes of calls and cases, prioritising accuracy and empathy.
