About theRole
Some of ourlocations operate late into the night, with certain sites open until 5am.
As a ShiftManager working our late/night shifts, you’ll take the lead in running smooth,high-energy operations during some of our busiest and most dynamic hours.You’ll be responsible for keeping everything on track, from managing the teamand maintaining standards, to ensuring every order is delivered quickly and tothe highest quality.
Night shiftshave a unique rhythm, with a strong team focus and a real sense of ownership.You’ll lead from the front, supporting your team through busy periods, makingquick decisions, and keeping the energy high all night long!
This is ahands-on role where you’ll support a tight-knit team, take control of yourshifts, and play a key part in delivering consistent results.
