Customer Service Specialist (Permanent)

Reports to: Customer Service Manager
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and looking for an opportunity to grow your career in a supportive, team-oriented environment? We’re seeking two Customer Service Specialists to join our dynamic and friendly Customer Service Team!
As a key part of our team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You’ll have a variety of tasks, from managing orders to maintaining accurate system data, all while helping uphold our high service standards.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and processing customer orders with precision.
- Preparing and issuing monthly invoices.
- Tracking and monitoring Service Level Agreement (SLA) data.
- Creating and distributing weekly feedback reports.
- Maintaining systems and master data, including customer records.
- Supporting the wider team with additional tasks as needed.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant systems.
Additional Information:
Salary: £25116 per year
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (8:30-17:00 / 9:00-17:30)
