Store Supervisor: People & Merch Lead

The LEGO Group is seeking aStore Supervisor for our Cardiff location. You will assist the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling, while supervising Sales Associates during shifts and handling issues per LEGO policies.

You will also manage stock, merchandise presentation, and loss prevention targets to ensure a well-run store floor. You will complete store and office supplies orders within guidelines and budgets, and ensure money handling
