Operations Leader – School Catering & Teams

Caterlink is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a group of primary schools, with essential catering and operational management experience. The role runs 52 weeks, Monday to Friday, and requires strong leadership to develop teams and build client relationships across the portfolio.

You will focus on health and safety, retention, quality and finance KPIs, be commercially astute, and willing to roll up your sleeves to support teams when needed. DBS check will be required.
