SEND Service: Business Support Officer (Flexible Working)

Hackney Council is seeking an Experts at Hand Business Support Officer to provide essential operational and administrative support to the four Locality Inclusion Teams within the Integrated SEND Service, reporting to the EAH Business Support Lead.

You will be the first point of contact for schools, settings and partners, manage shared inboxes, update databases, coordinate multi-disciplinary panel meetings, clerking, and collate service data to monitor delivery and statutory returns.
