Strategic Executive Assistant to Head of RMS Operations

Adecco is recruiting an Executive Support Officer to the Head of RMS Operations in Newham for a temporary 3-month assignment. This high‑level role requires discretion, excellent organization and proactive communication to keep the Head’s office running smoothly.

You will manage calendars and travel, draft correspondence and reports, coordinate governance meetings, record minutes and support various stakeholders across residents, councillors and partners.
