C-Card Youth Health Coordinator — Remote & Flexible

YMCA Cardiff in Cardiff, Wales, is seeking a C-Card Project Co-Ordinator to develop and coordinate the C-Card scheme across the Vale of Glamorgan, delivering group work at outlets and with referral-based groups in a trauma-informed, person-centred way.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours), fixed term, and involves working with local youth services, partners and funders. You will maintain records, report outputs, and promote the service through health, education and social services channels.
