Depot Operations Leader (Shift Manager)

DPD Maidstone is hiring an experienced Shift Manager to lead depot operations, working closely with Owner Drivers and Employed Drivers to keep them engaged, well managed and motivated for outstanding service. You will drive KPI targets, ensure safe loading, and coordinate resources for on-time deliveries at the Maidstone depot.

Located at Unit C Riverside Bus Park, New Hythe Lane, Larkfield, Kent, the role runs Tue-Sat, 05:30–14:00.
