Site-Based Small Works PM – FM, Safety & Company Car

Mainstay Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Small Works Project Manager to deliver maintenance, response works and small projects across a busy military estate at Chicksands and RAF Henlow. It is a site-based, full-time role focused on safety, timely delivery and budget adherence.

You will oversee planning from start to finish, coordinating with contractors, end users, DIO and stakeholders while ensuring all works meet statutory and MOD standards.
