Food & Beverage Manager — Lead Cafe Team, Drive Revenue

English Heritage is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. The role is full time on a permanent contract, working 36 hours per week, with an inclusive working atmosphere where everyone is supported.

You will manage the on-site cafe, lead your team from the front, ensure health and safety compliance (Food Hygiene, HACCP, allergen labelling) and drive sales to deliver income targets. Salary from £30,472 plus benefits including 25 days’ holiday, pension contributions, flexible hours
