Technical Support & Test Engineer

Salary: £59,000 – 99,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong Linux/Ubuntu experience and command-line troubleshooting
• Python and Bash scripting
• Strong Docker experience, including multi-container deployments
• Experience with GitHub and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI
• Strong communication skills
• Desired: Experience testing, validating and supporting software releases

Responsibilities:

• Act as the bridge between the development team and customers
• Provide technical support
• Own testing, validation and release management across cloud and edge-based systems
