2nd Line Commvault Backup & DR Engineer

iomart Group, through its Oriium brand, is seeking a 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer in Haywards Heath to own complex incidents and service requests. The role focuses on Commvault-powered BaaS and DRaaS, handling issues across servers, storage, virtualization, networking and cloud.

You will monitor backup environments, ensure SLA adherence, and collaborate with specialist engineers for deeper fixes. Training towards Commvault certifications will be provided.
