This autonomous division of a global food group has expanded into fast paced healthy foods market through the development of a wide range of chilled food products which are available in both retail and foodservice markets.
The business has offered the current development lead an opportunity to take a travel sabbatical and therefore seek to appoint a development manager to oversee the NPD process whilst they are off enjoying their global travel plans.
During this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the total NPD process, from new customer briefings and relevant costings whilst managing factory trials and engaging with the production team to ensure process and quality standards are maintained.
You’ll be part of a small highly energetic team who support each other to deliver for each other and the business alike.
The successful candidate will have experience in chilled high care environments and enjoy operating as part of a team where close team interaction will increase your success.
