Practice Manager: Lead Operations & People

The Hyperthyroid Cat Centre, part of VetPartners, is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Practice Manager/Practice Manager near Wetherby. The role combines people leadership with HR, payroll, and financial oversight in a busy veterinary referral setting.

You will oversee a small team of clinicians and support staff, drive payroll and recruitment, manage debt recovery, ensure safety protocols, support marketing initiatives, and assist with IT systems.
