We are working with a highly regarded, independent estate agency specialising in the sale of luxury and high-value properties.
With an established reputation and a strong presence within the premium property market, the business is known for its personal approach, attention to detail and high-quality presentation of its properties.
They are looking for a talented and organised Property Marketing Coordinator to join their close-knit team.
The Role
This is a varied and creative role where you’ll play an important part in ensuring properties are marketed to the highest possible standard. You’ll coordinate the marketing of properties from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring every property is presented professionally and reaches the right audience.
The role would suit someone with experience in property marketing, estate agency, marketing coordination or a similar fast-paced environment, who has a strong eye for detail and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating the marketing of new property instructions through to sale.
Creating and managing engaging property listings.
Writing compelling and accurate property descriptions that showcase each property’s key features.
Coordinating photography, floorplans, brochures and other marketing materials.
Managing property updates and amendments throughout the sales process.
Assisting with email marketing, brochures and other promotional activity.
Ensuring deadlines are met and multiple properties are managed efficiently at the same time.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is organised, commercially aware and naturally detail-focused, with a genuine interest in property and marketing.
You’ll ideally have:
Previous experience within a property or estate agency focused role.
Excellent written communication skills.
A strong eye for presentation and attention to detail.
The ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines simultaneously.
A genuine interest in the property market
Experience using property portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla, as well as previous experiencing of photographing properties is essential.
