THE ROLE:
While we have a hybrid approach to work, this role will bebased at our Office in Croydon. You will be responsible for supporting the Asset360 team in the delivery and coordination of all marketing activities. We arelooking for a talented and motivated Marketing Executive to spearhead theseefforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content writing,web copywriting, and LinkedIn marketing. You will be responsible for developingand executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage ouraudience, and drive business growth.
We are evolving our marketing collateral and makingsignificant improvements to our online branding to emphasise the amazing workwe do, so if you are a team player, with an ability to work independently, thereis opportunity for growth as the role and the business unit develops.
Requirements
ABOUT YOU:
You will have experience in a marketing role, be confidentin understanding the current market and the importance of digital branding. Weare not looking for someone that’s been there and done it all, but we do wantto see that bright spark that tells us you are looking for the opportunity toshine and that you recognise what a fantastic opportunity this is.
This is a brand new role so we will need you to take theinitiative and be confident in your abilities to research, learn and executeintelligently. Whilst your qualifications and experience are important, beingcomfortable that you are that “right” person is key for us.
Ideally you will have experience in:
- Content Writing: Creating compelling,high-quality content for various platforms including blogs, articles,newsletters, and social media.
- Marketing Campaigns: Prepare, plan, and deliver various marketingcampaigns.
- Web Copywriting: Develop engaging and SEO-optimised copy for our website,landing pages and other digital assets
- Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow ourLinkedIn presence by creating and sharing relevant content, engaging with ouraudience, and leveraging LinkedIn’s tools to drive brand awareness and leadgeneration.
- Market Research: Conducting market research toidentify relevant trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform marketingstrategy.
- Analytics and Reporting: Tracking and analysingmarketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to informfuture strategies.
- Workclosely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts withbusiness objectives.
