Radiotherapy Late Effects Care Navigator

The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking motivated individuals to provide administrative and coordination support to the Radiotherapy Late Effects Service, developed across Exeter, Torbay, Plymouth and Truro.

The post holder will be based in Exeter with occasional travel, acting as the central contact for patients, coordinating referrals, tracking patient data and producing reports for governance and regional commissioners.
