Philema Hospitality & Project Manager seeks an experienced Interior Designer to lead refurbishment and development across its Cornwall and Devon hotels, spas and restaurants. You will translate brand identity into guest-focused spaces while delivering on time and to budget.

Collaborating with operations, contractors and suppliers, you will balance creative vision with practical feasibility, drive design standards, and manage budgets and schedules from concept through to completion.
