Strategic Commercial Events & Hospitality Lead

Horizon Leisure Centres is seeking an Events & Hospitality Manager to own a growing events programme and café/hospitality trading across sites. You will manage P&Ls, drive margins, and lead the team to deliver exceptional experiences for our communities.

The role requires a commercially minded professional with proven experience in events or hospitality operations, strong leadership, and the ability to upsell and coordinate with marketing and operations. Evening/weekend flexibility is expected.
