Resident Repairs Coordinator – Frontline Service Lead

Hyperion Partners is seeking a Resident Contact Centre Officer to join the Property Services team on a permanent basis. You will act as the first point of contact for residents, handling repairs enquiries and coordinating with contractors to progress works.

You will manage high volumes of enquiries, triage repairs, log works orders, and provide timely updates to residents, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring service standards are met.
