Edinburgh Property Relations Specialist

DJ Alexander, part of Lomond, is recruiting a Property Relationship Manager for our Edinburgh city centre office. This full-time role offers 35 hours weekly, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, with a salary of £23,500 per annum.

You will manage day-to-day maintenance requests, communicate with landlords, tenants and contractors, log issues, and strive to exceed client expectations with strong negotiation and service skills.
