Digital Marketer — CRM, PPC & CRO (Free Eyewear)

IOLLA in Glasgow is seeking a Digital Marketer to accelerate growth across email, CRM, PPC and website optimization. You’ll translate insights into campaigns, build scalable marketing systems and drive conversions.

You’ll own Klaviyo email flows, write hypotheses, work with design and showroom teams, manage landing pages, test ideas, and report on open rates, revenue, and list growth. Retail/ecommerce experience is a plus.
