Connect Appointments is recruiting a Front-Line Manager to join an established business based in Bathgate. Our client operates a busy, modern bakery facility with a strong focus on developing its people.

What's on offer?

• Full-time permanent position

n

• 32,500 per annum

n

• 4-on, 4-off shift pattern

n

• 7am to 7pm, OR 10am to 10pm

n

n

As a Front-Line Manager, your duties will include:

n

n
• Managing the day-to-day output of a team of operators

n

• Overseeing attendance, performance management and driving standards

n

• Recommending and implementing process improvements

n

• Working with a variety of teams within the organisation

n

n

To be considered as a Front-Line Manager, you will need:

n

n
• Proven experience within the food manufacturing industry

n

• Strong knowledge of food safety

n

• Experience utilising manufacturing systems such as SAP

n

• A hands-on, organised approach with strong leadership and problem-solving skills

n
