n This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven Partner who has an established and transferable client following and is looking for a platform from which to further develop their practice.

n The firm is looking to strengthen its commercial offering in Birmingham with the appointment of a Commercial Contracts Partner who can bring their own clients and play a key role in the continued growth of the practice.
n You will work with a broad range of businesses, advising on complex and high-value commercial contracts and helping clients navigate their most important commercial relationships.
n The role is likely to encompass:
n Commercial contracts and agreementsn Supply, distribution and manufacturing agreementsn Outsourcing and services agreementsn Terms and conditionsn Technology and IT contractsn Procurement and framework agreementsn Joint ventures and strategic commercial arrangementsn Licensing and intellectual property agreementsn Commercial aspects of corporate transactionsn Negotiating complex and high-value contractual arrangementsn About You
n We are looking for an experienced Commercial Contracts Partner with:
n A strong track record in commercial contractsn An established, portable client followingn Excellent technical and commercial expertisen A proven ability to generate and develop new businessn Strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makersn A commercially minded and entrepreneurial approachn The ambition to grow a significant practice within a national law firmn The ability to work collaboratively across teams and offices
