The Role
You will carry out responsive repairs, testing, maintenance, inspections, and planned electrical works across our housing portfolio.
You’ll work across a variety of residential properties, ensuring our customers receive safe, reliable, and high-quality electrical services while helping us create homes and communities people are proud to live in.
Responsibilities
Carrying out electrical repairs and fault finding
Performing testing and inspection works
Undertaking planned maintenance and improvement projects
Ensuring all work complies with current regulations and safety standards
Participating in the Out of Hours Call-Out Rota (approximately 1 week in every 12)
Essential Criteria
NVQ Level 3 Electrical Qualification
Ability to participate in the Out of Hours Call-Out Rota
18th Edition IET Regulations BS7671
Current full UK Driving Licence
