Role: Architectural Technologist

Location: Manchester

Rate of Pay: £27-£33 per hour

Contract:12-month contract

Working Pattern: Hybrid

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and technically accomplished Architectural Technologist to join our growing team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional with experience delivering projects from concept through to completion

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Degree qualified in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
• 3 years’ experience working as an Architectural Technologist within UK architectural practices.
• Proven experience delivering projects from inception through to construction completion.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
• Excellent technical drawing and specification-writing skills.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Experience working across residential, education, commercial, mixed-use, and healthcare projects.
• 3+ years Revit experience
• Experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff.
• Strong understanding of planning processes and project management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
