In House- Litigation Manager
We are looking for an experienced Litigator to join an established In House legal team based in Gloucestershire.
This is a newly created position and as subject matter expert you will closely with the General Counsel on a wide range of matters.
Your main responsibilities will include Litigation & Dispute management, Conduct of Proceedings, external panel management, Cost management & reporting, Internal stakeholder management, Governance, Risk & Compliance, Debt recovery (BTB), employment and general commercial litigation.

Person
Minimum 6+ years’ litigation, dispute resolution and/or debt recovery experience.
• Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and court processes.
• Experience managing litigation matters through all stages of the dispute lifecycle.
• Experience drafting litigation-related correspondence and legal documents.
• Strong organisational, administrative and project management skills.
• Experience managing external legal advisers and controlling legal spend.
• Ability to work independently whilst exercising appropriate judgment.

1-2 days office presence
