About the Rolen

We're a small, fast-moving company looking for a Junior Creative Designer to own our visual output – taking on a variety of creative projects, as well as social and marketing graphics. This is a hands-on role with real ownership from day one: you'll work directly with the founder, see your work go live quickly, and shape how the brand looks and feels.

This role suits someone who's comfortable wearing many hats, thrives without a lot of structure, and brings energy and initiative to everything they touch.

What You'll Don

n
• Take on a variety of creative projects – from one-off pieces to ongoing design needs

n

• Design social posts and marketing graphics that are polished, on-brand, and quick to turn around

n

• Manage multiple small projects at once, often with fast turnarounds

n

• Suggest creative improvements proactively, not just execute briefs

n

• Help maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints

n

• Pick up new tools, formats, and techniques as the work demands

n

What We're Looking Forn

n
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (essential)

n

• A portfolio showing your work

n

• Fast learner, comfortable figuring things out independently

n

• A genuine “can-do” attitude – resourceful, proactive, low-ego

n

• Strong communication skills; comfortable working closely with a small team

n

• 1–2 years' experience (this is a junior role — enthusiasm and skill matter more than tenure)
