Deputy CEO & Finance Lead – Public Sector

Horley Town Council is seeking a Deputy Chief Executive Officer & Responsible Financial Officer in Horley, Surrey. This permanent, 37-hour role includes leadership across the organisation and statutory financial management responsibilities for budgeting, reporting and compliance.

You will provide councillors with clear financial guidance, support governance, and help modernise processes while contributing to the Town Plan 2022-27 and future organisational change.
