Sandbourne Housing Association is seeking an outstanding Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation and shape its next chapter. Reporting to the Board, you will provide operational and strategic leadership to deliver high-quality homes and tenant-focused services across Dorset and Hampshire.

You will inspire and lead a small, capable management team, uphold values, foster an inclusive culture, and serve as the principal ambassador to residents, local authorities, regulators and partners.
