CPU Physical Design Engineer – Advanced Node Innovation

IC Resources in Cambridge is seeking an experienced CPU Physical Design Engineer to drive physical implementation of advanced CPU blocks, from synthesis to sign-off, on leading process nodes.

You’ll collaborate with RTL, architecture, STA and methods teams to optimize performance, power and area, and develop automation using TCL, Python and Perl scripting to improve flows and productivity.
