In-House Commercial Counsel — AI/Tech Contracts

Global AI Business in London seeks a Legal Counsel to join its expanding global legal team, reporting to the Legal Director. The role focuses on commercial and technology matters within a rapidly growing AI business.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 PQE, preferably in-house within a tech company, and will draft and negotiate complex contracts, collaborate with sales, finance and product teams, and advise on IT and data privacy issues.
