Director of Employee Relations & Just Culture (NHS)

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Head of Employee Relations to lead the ER function within the People/OD team. You will drive change, develop a just culture, and improve staff experiences while collaborating with APG partners across North West London.
