Head of General Assembly & End-of-Line Manufacturing

McLaren is seeking a Head of General Assembly Manufacturing Engineering to lead the end-to-end process for new model introductions, stitching together general assembly, sub-assembly, and end-of-line validation for customer-ready vehicles.

You will manage a ~15-person team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safety, quality and budget targets are met across multiple programmes, reporting to the Director of Manufacturing Engineering.
