Deputy General Manager – Hospitality Leader | £42k-£44k OTE

Heartwood Collection is seeking a Deputy General Manager to lead and develop a vibrant hospitality team across our pubs and brasseries. You will manage guest experience, train managers, and oversee bar, host stand, and dining operations while driving performance and financial results.

The role requires 2-3 years of Deputy GM experience, a passion for people, and the ability to motivate a team. The contract is based on a 48-hour week with TRONC included.
