Strategic Director, HSE & Compliance Leadership

Elanco, a global leader in animal health, is seeking a strategic HSE leader for the Speke site in the United Kingdom. You will set the five-year strategy and provide leadership for Health, Safety, Environmental and Facilities operations, driving a robust HSE culture and strong regulatory performance.

You will lead the HSE team, oversee COMAH compliance, manage audits, and partner with Global HSE on improvement initiatives, delivering safe and compliant operations.
