Job Title: Site Manager – Retail Fit-Out

Location: North East England

Salary: £280 – £300

Job Type: Permanent / Contract

The Role

• Running retail construction/fit-out projects on-site from start to finish
• Coordinating trades, subcontractors, and delivery schedules
• Acting as main point of contact for client and store teams on site
• Driving H&S standards and quality control
• Managing store handovers within tight, live-trading timescales

About You

• Site management background in retail construction/fit-out
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold/White), First Aid at Work required
• Confident managing multiple trades and fast-paced programmes
• Full UK driving licence, mobile across the North East
