Broker Claims Relationship Lead – SW & Wales

Aviva is seeking a Broker Claims Relationship Lead to manage broker partnerships in the South West and Wales region. You will work with regional distribution, claims teams, underwriting and senior stakeholders to support Aviva clients and the Claims proposition.

The role involves interpreting claims data to drive improvements, mentoring colleagues, and leading initiatives for process enhancements and regulatory compliance. A strong background in broker management and ACII is preferred.
