Hybrid Accounts Receivable & Collections Officer – Medical Billing

Cabrini Health in Melbourne’s southeast invites applications for an Accounts Receivable & Collections Officer on a permanent full-time basis. The role is based at our Malvern office with hybrid work from home two days a week after the training period.

You’ll join the Patient Accounts team, handle debt management, follow up on claim rejections, and report aged and doubtful debts while maintaining a strong focus on service and accuracy.
