Assistant Team Manager – Community Occupational Therapy Lead

Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist for an Assistant Team Manager role in the Community OT Team. The post is 37 hours per week, based at The Bluebell Centre, Chelmsley Wood, leading a team of OT staff to deliver strengths-based, outcome-focused care.

You will supervise, support staff wellbeing and development, and collaborate with partners to ensure high-quality practice and service improvements across the borough.
