Key Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a Newly or Recently Qualified (NQ) Solicitor.
• Must have completed at least one seat in Corporate Law.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a flexible environment (office and home-based).

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Support in managing a wide range of mid-market corporate transactions.
• Provide legal advice to sellers, buyers, and private equity clients.
• Contribute to the firm’s national growth and expansion efforts.
