Pensions – Senior Associate / Director

This prestigious Pensions team advise employers, trustees and local authorities on running pension schemes compliantly and managing risk. The role is broad and scope and includes:

• Risk reduction and transfer – buy-ins, buyouts and alternative funding arrangements
• PPF assessment periods, high-profile insolvencies and scheme rescues
• Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS)
• Trusted adviser relationships across pension schemes of every size and complexity
• Corporate acquisitions, disposals, scheme mergers, restructurings and wind-ups
• Complex litigation – including professional negligence, Part 8 claims and beyond
