Executive Network Legal Ltd is hiring a Corporate Solicitor in London with 1+ years’ PQE. You will advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, corporate finance, venture capital, and joint ventures.

You will draft and negotiate core documents, manage transactions end-to-end, and coordinate junior lawyers across offices. You will have ownership of matters, opportunities to supervise juniors, and contribute to business development while supporting the growth of the corporate
