Founding Creative Director: Brand Vision & Launch

SienaSiena is building the intelligence layer for CX and is seeking a creative director with a track record of owning creative direction. You will shape brand narratives, drive launches, and set taste standards that influence the company’s visibility and product storytelling.

You will ship personal work in the first year and grow into leading a small internal studio across design, motion, and content, ensuring every artifact reflects strategy and product goals.
