Repairs & Compliance Lead – Housing (London)

Venn Group, on behalf of a respected housing organisation in London, is recruiting a Repairs and Compliance Team Leader to oversee repairs, compliance and resident safety across a large residential portfolio.

You will manage contractors and staff, drive service quality and value for money, and report on statutory programmes including gas safety, fire safety, asbestos management and electrical testing. The role runs 35 hours per week, starts ASAP and is a 12-month FTC.
