Contracts Manager

Morson Edge are working with a specialist basement company offering construction and waterproofing of below ground structures for the public and commercial environment. They are seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team in Farnborough – further details are below:

Role – Contracts Manager (Waterproofing).

Location – Farnborough office (Sites around London).

Salary – Depending on expeirence.

Experience needed/responsibilities:

• Contracts Manager for basement waterproofing.
• Need to be CSSW qualified
• Carry out designs of waterproofing systems and produce design packages.
• Work with suppliers to provide pump specifications.
• Manage 3 in house waterproofing site teams including programming, client management and quality management.
• Work with clients and architects to provide accurate timelines and scope.
• Tender for new projects.
• Invoicing following completion of site works.
• Site works typically in London.
• Office in Farnborough, expected minimum of 2 days in office with time spent in London for site visits and client meetings.
