Data Business Analyst

We’re partnering with a leading fashion retailer to find a Data Analyst for an initial 6-month FTC. This is a business-facing role focused on turning data into actionable insights and improving how performance is measured across the organisation.

The Role

• Analyse commercial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers




• Build and enhance reports and dashboards using Power BI




• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders




• Work closely with business teams to improve reporting, visibility, and decision-making

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a Data Analyst role




• Strong Power BI and reporting experience




• Ability to interpret data, uncover insights, and tell a compelling story with numbers




• Confident stakeholder management and communication skills




• Experience working in retail, fashion, or consumer-facing environments is a bonus
